This case is before us on appeal by the International Paper Company, employer, from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Adams County affirming an order of the Mississippi Workmen’s Compensation Commission awarding to Edward R. Wilson, claimant, medical benefits and compensation for temporary total disability and temporary partial disability, under the Mississippi Workmen’s Compensation Law, for an injury sustained by the claimant on October 21, 1956, while engaged in the performance of his duties as an employee of the appellant.
