This appeal involves a decision by the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance to revoke the license of an insurance agent after finding that he had repeatedly sold insurance policies in states where he was not licensed. The agent filed a petition for review in the Chancery Court for Davidson County arguing that the licensing statute was unconstitutionally vague and that the record did not support the Department’s decision.
