In Re Breuer's Estate

This is an appeal from a decree of the district court for Custer County confirming the final account of the administrator in the estate of Anna L. Breuer, deceased, on appeal from the county court of such county.

The appellee contends that the issues sought to be litigated in this court were not raised properly by the parties appealing.
