Marvin Baskerville appeals from the judgment of sentence entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County following his conviction for third-degree murder, robbery, and criminal conspiracy. We affirm.

On or about the night of March 30,1994, Baskerville and his friend, Baron Simmons, were walking through their West Philadelphia neighborhood when they came upon the co-defendant, John Haynes, and another man, Mark Malloy.
