Appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court (Lynch, J.), entered May 30, 2008 in Albany County, which, among other things, dismissed petitioners’ applications, in two combined proceedings pursuant to CPLR article 78 and actions for declaratory judgment, to review two determinations of respondents ruling that all charter schools are subject to the prevailing wage laws of Labor Law article 8.
