DECISION AND ORDER
STADTMUELLER, District Judge.
Plaintiff, Bridget Y. Gillespie, brought this action against the defendant First Interstate Bank of Wisconsin-Southeast (First Interstate) 1 alleging racial discrimination in employment and retaliatory discharge in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1981. Gillespie filed her action on September 6, 1985. Plaintiff, the Equal Employment and Opportunity Commission (EEOC) filed an action on September 25, 1985 against First Interstate alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq.
