Introduction

In this tort action, defendants DeAmon White and The Firm Entertainment Group appeal. The plaintiff, Theresa Parker, cross-appeals. Because the trial court’s March 10, 2008 order denying the defendants’ motion to set aside the interlocutory order of default is not an independent, final judgment, and because the trial court’s October 31, 2008 judgment is not a final, appealable judgment, we dismiss the appeal.
