— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Kooper, J.), rendered November 14, 1983, convicting him of *778attempted murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence.

Judgment affirmed.

The record indicates that the People met their burden of disproving the defendant’s justification defense beyond a reasonable doubt (see, People v Reed, 40 NY2d 204).
