{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Thomas Frazier, appeals the judgment of the Hamilton County Municipal Court convicting him of three charges of violating a temporary protection order. He was convicted of the offenses after a bench trial.

{¶ 2} In March 2003, Frazier was charged with domestic violence and aggravated menacing. In conjunction with those charges, the trial court issued a criminal temporary protection order pursuant to R.C. 2919.26. The order listed the victim of the domestic violence and aggravated menacing as Rita Frazier. It listed as protected persons…
