A bill in equity was filed at April rules, 1894, in the clerk’s office of the Circuit Court of Harrison county, by Cecil M. Kester, Sadie B. Kester, Hattie Kester, and William PI. Kester, who sued by Ella Kester, their next friend, against W. E. Hill, J. B. Sandusky, Henry C. Ross, and James Dunkin, administrator of Gideon Saudusky, deceased, praying that the defendant W. E. Hill be required to settle his accounts as guardian of said infant plaintiffs in the mode, prescribed by law, and seeking to surcharge and falsify certain settlements made by said guardian before…
