BAKER, District Judge.

— -The contending parties in this court are the directors and statutory trustees of the Butter-field Live Stock Company, Limited, hereinafter referred to as the “live stock company,” a corporation whose charter has been forfeited for failure to file its annual statement and pay its annual license tax, as appellants, and the intervenor, High & Fritchman Company, as respondent. The demands of all other parties have been satisfied.
