In this diversity action, Plaintiff, Colony National Insurance Company (“Plaintiff’), seeks a judicial determination that it has no duty to insure, defend or indemnify Defendants, Hing Wah Chinese Restaurant (“Hing Wah”) and Zu Zhong Li, in litigation pending in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
