In this interlocutory appeal of a DUI prosecution, Nancy L. Lyons challenges the trial court’s denial of her motion to suppress the results of field sobriety tests, contending that: (1) an admitted videotape of the traffic stop unequivocally contradicted the arresting officer’s testimony regarding the basis of his suspicions and (2) the arresting officer failed to advise Lyons of her rights under Miranda v.
