Upon the petition of the Secretary of Highways and under the provisions of the Act of April 27, 1927, P. L. 395, as amended by the Act of January 2,1934, P. L. 205, this court, on February 28, 1936, appointed three viewers to view and ascertain the value of the “Market Street” toll bridge which the Commonwealth has determined to acquire under its power of eminent domain.
