The plaintiff, as administratrix of the estate of her husband, sues to recover damages for his death caused by coming in contact with a high-tension wire in one of the stations of the defendant. The Union Traction Company oper*389ates an electric interurban railway between Independence and other points, and through the village of Jefferson, where it maintains a brick building in which is located its waiting room and ticket office.
