Plaintiff Kathleen Chin appeals from a decision of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Edward Weinfeld, District Judge, dismissing her Bivens1 action against defendants Peter DiSturco, Regional Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (“SSA”), *22and Unknown Named Employees of SSA.
