The defendants were convicted of numerous offenses arising from a home invasion. We granted review to determine whether the Court of Criminal Appeals erred in reversing each defendant’s conviction for the especially aggravated kidnapping of one of the victims based on State v. Anthony, 817 S.W.2d 299 (Tenn.1991). We conclude that the convictions do not violate due process under Anthony and its progeny. Accordingly, we reverse the judgment of the Court of Criminal…
