In this case, the Court must determine whether grandparent placement is appropriate for two minor children: L.M. 1 and L.S. The maternal grandparents, B.S. and D.S., the petitioners herein and intervenors below (hereinafter “grandparents”), appeal the circuit court’s December 19, 2013, order.
