Pending in this insurance action are Plaintiffs and Defendant’s cross-motions for summary judgment (ECF Nos. 6, 33). The issues are fully briefed and the Court now rules pursuant to Local Rule 105.6 because no hearing is necessary. For the reasons stated below, Defendant’s motion is granted and Plaintiffs motion is denied.
