Appellants Ann Daniels and Nina Ruth McCullah (“Plaintiffs”) sued Senior Care, Inc., a Missouri Corporation (“Defendant”), for the wrongful death of their mother, Imogene Ingram, resulting from a fire in their mother’s home, in which Defendant’s employee also perished. The Circuit Court granted Defendant’s motion for summary judgment and Plaintiffs appeal. 1
