I. SUMMARY
Appellants-Debtors Eric G. Dietlein ("Eric") and Colleen M. Dietlein (collectively, "Appellants") appeal from the decision of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada ("Bankruptcy Court") converting their bankruptcy *866case from a Chapter 13 to a Chapter 7 matter. (ECF No. 10-21.)
