Plaintiff, June Coleman, appeals the trial court’s dismissal of her Petition for Supplemental Partition.1 We affirm
FACTS
Leslie L. Robinson, Jr., and June Coleman were married on June 30, 1955, and physicahy separated in January of 1986. The community of acquets and gains was terminated on February 14, 1986. On March 26, 1986, Ms. Coleman obtained a judgment of separation, based on abandonment, against Mr. Robinson in Civil District Court, Orleans Parish.
