This is an appeal from a writ of mandamus granted after a non-jury trial on stipulated facts commanding and requiring appellant, Firemen and Policemen’s Pension Fund Board of Trustees of San Antonia, Texas, to hear and and consider appellee’s application for disability pension benefits under Art. 6243f, Vernon’s Ann.
