RULING ON DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO DISMISS OR TRANSFER

EGINTON, Senior District Judge.

FACTS

Defendants Serge Zaidman and Professional Sportcard Grading Service, Inc. [“PSG”], move, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2), to dismiss the complaint of Plaintiffs Alan Hagar and Acu-Card, Inc. [“ACI”] for lack of personal jurisdiction, and in the alternative move, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(3) and 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a), to transfer this action to the Centra] District of California.
