MEMORANDUM OPINION AND DECREE

This is an action for divorce wherein the plaintiff-wife prays for a decree of divorce and for support and custody of the one child of the marriage, also for alimony, costs and attorneys fees. The defendant-husband answered the complaint and counterclaimed praying that plaintiff’s complaint be dismissed or, in the alternative, that a divorce be granted to both parties on a no fault basis on the grounds of incompatibility of temperament.
