Lincoln County Bank v. Maddox

It is sought by the original bill, and by a cross-bill filed by one of the defendants to the original bill, in this case to obtain judgments against B. P. Maddox and his wife, Johnnie Maddox, and Dr. D. T. Hardin, on certain notes described in the pleadings, and to set aside, as fraudulent and void, certain conveyances of real estate made by tbe defendant Dr. D. T. Hardin to and for tbe benefit of bis wife and codefendant Mrs. Elzie Hardin.
