MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER
SPATT, District Judge:
The United States has commenced this action under Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 (“The Fair Housing Act” or “Act”), as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 3601-3631, alleging that the defendants engaged in discriminatory housing practices on the basis of handicap against Josephine and Joseph Palasciano (“Palascianos”). The Palascianos move to intervene as of right in this case as plaintiffs, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 3612(o )(2) and Fed.R.Civ.P. 24(a), and have filed an intervenor complaint with a jury demand.
