This is an action commenced in the justice’s court to recover $185, balance due on the purchase price of a piece of land. The only issue raised by this appeal is the alleged error of the circuit court in denying the defendants’ motion to dismiss the appeal from the justice’s court, for the reason that the transcript on appeal was not filed in the circuit court within the time provided by law.
