The appellants in this chancery case purchased from the appellee, First National Bank in Stuttgart, ten acres of land on which were located a store, a house, various outbuildings, and a large grain-storage facility. After occupying the property for several months the appellants learned that the appellee, Troy Mitchell, claimed to be the owner of the grain-storage facility and that he had a lease to keep the facility on the appellants’ land.
