The plaintiffs in this case have filed suit challenging the revocation of approval of a petition by a citizen-spouse (plaintiff Kay Angela Hanif) to classify plaintiff Muhammad Hanif as the spouse of a United States citizen and permit him to remain in this country. The suit also contests the denial of a later-filed petition.
