MEMORANDUM OPINION

The plaintiff, John Peterson, filed this lawsuit against his former employer AT & T Mobility Services, LLC (“AT & T”), claiming breach of contract and wrongful termination stemming from his termination, on October 6, 2010, for violating an internal, company policy requiring the prompt reporting of certain driving infractions.
