1 Reported in 251 N.W. 916. Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff in a collision between defendant Anderson's automobile and a street car of the defendant Minneapolis Street Railway Company, hereinafter referred to as the railway company. Each defendant answered separately denying any negligence or liability; each asserted the contributory negligence of plaintiff; and each asserted that the negligence, if any, was on the part of the other defendant. At the close of the testimony the court denied the motion of each defendant for a directed verdict.
