I. Introduction

The State of Texas appeals from an order granting Appellee L.P.’s1 petition for nondisclosure of records and files related to her plea of guilty to assault by *419contact, a class C misdemeanor. We dismiss this appeal for want of jurisdiction.

II. Background

Pursuant to a plea agreement related to an assault charge involving family violence, on June 19, 2013, L.P. pleaded guilty to assault by contact, a class C misdemeanor. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 22.01(a)(3), (c) (West Supp. 2016). The trial court deferred a finding of guilt and placed L.P. on…
