McALLISTER, Circuit Judge.
The government brought suit for damages to hemp owned by the Cominodity Credit Corporation, a wholly owned corporate agency of the United States, resulting from claimed negligence on the part of appellee, City of Columbus, in permitting sewer water to back up into the basement of Rae Columbus, Inc., where the hemp was stored, and for negligence on the part of the storage company in permitting the damage to occur.
