On March 12, 2009, Plaintiff, Christina Matthys (“Matthys”), filed a complaint in this Court. [DE 1], On February 22, 2010, Matthys filed an amended complaint. [DE 24]. In her amended complaint, Matthys alleges that Defendant, Wabash National (“Wabash”), interfered with Matthys’s rights under the Family Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), notably by denying her FMLA leave requests.
