Pending before the Court is Co-defendants’ motion for summary judgment (Docket No. 27) and Plaintiffs opposition thereto (Docket No. 28).

I. Introduction

Plaintiff Victor Velazquez Feliciano filed a complaint pro se in which he seeks monetary and equitable relief for alleged violations to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1991, 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and the United States Constitution.
