SUHRHEINRICH, Circuit Judge.

Defendant appeals his jury conviction and sentence for abusive sexual contact and the denial of his motion for a new trial. Defendant claims among other things that the district court erred by denying his Sixth Amendment right to confrontation when it allowed a child witness to testify by closed-circuit television.
