Appellant Kathy S. Rabb brings this appeal from her conviction on three drug-related charges: 1) possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) with intent to deliver; 2) conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance; and 3) simultaneous possession of a firearm and a controlled substance. She was sentenced to a total of thirty-one years’ imprisonment in the Arkansas Department of Correction.
