This appeal follows a trial before the court without a jury. Tillery & Tillery, Edwards & Tillery, and Dale B. Tillery contest the trial court’s judgment that they take nothing by their claims against Zurich Insurance Company d/b/a Zurich American Insurance Company. Tillery contends the trial court erred in holding that a contingent fee agreement with Zurich was unenforceable.
