McGEE, Justice.

Enola M. Thomas filed suit to rescind a contingent fee contract employing the law partnership of Mandell & Wright to prosecute the claim arising out of the death of her husband. Mrs. Thomas alternatively sought a judgment declaring the contract null and void or that Mandell & Wright be limited to a recovery in quantum meruit for services performed prior to the notification of discharge.
