Plaintiff-Appellant James A. Klemens, Jr. appeals from a July 11, 2016 judgment of the United States District Court for the Western District of New York (Skretny, J.) affirming the decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (“Commissioner”) denying Klemens disability insurance' benefits and supplemental security income payments under the Social Security Act.
