The National Commercial Bank and Trust Company has filed its accounts as trustee in six separate trusts established pursuant to the provisions of paragraph numbered “ fifth” of the last will and testament of Elizabeth B. Mendleson which instrument was duly admitted to probate in Albany County on November 16, 1944. By the terms of the will, the residue of the testatrix’ estate was divided into six equal parts, each to constitute the corpus of a separate trust for different beneficiaries as appears in subparagraphs “ a ” through “ f ” in the afore-mentioned paragraph 11 fifth…
