In this diversity action, plaintiffs-appellants Cambridge Mutual Fire Insurance Co., Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Co., Maryland Casualty Company, and New Hampshire Insurance Co., as subrogees and assignees of Claxton Poultry Company, Inc. (“Claxton Poultry”), seek to recover property damages from defendant-appellee City of Claxton, Georgia.
