Plaintiffs Nicholas Leskovisek, by his next friend, Lori Stanley, and Chad Underwood, *929by his next friend, Kim Underwood, filed a five-count First Amended Complaint alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. (ADA).
