HUDOCK, Judge:

This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered after a bench trial wherein Appellant was found guilty of failing to stop and identify, homicide by vehicle, 1 four counts of recklessly endangering another person, three counts of terroristic threats, four counts of aggravated assault, and one count of murder in the third degree. 2 Post-verdict motions were filed and denied by the trial court.
