Professor Peter L. Pedersen (“Plaintiff’) brought this action for correction of inven-torship under 35 U.S.C. § 256, naming as defendants Dr. Jean-Francois Geschwind, The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine (“JHUSOM”), and The Johns Hopkins University (“JHU”) (collectively, “Defendants”).
