OPINION AND ORDER

CEDARBAUM, District Judge.

Plaintiff United Rope Distributors (“United Rope”) is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Minnesota. Defendant and third-party plaintiff Kim-Sail Ltd. (“Kim-Sail”) is a Cayman Islands corporation with its principal place of business in New York City. 1 Defendant and third-party defendant Sea-triumph Marine Corporation (“Seatri-umph”) is a Liberian corporation with its principal place of business in Greece. Plaintiff joined Seatriumph as a defendant after my original decision on personal jurisdiction.
