This adversary proceeding was initiated by the plaintiff Larry Gribble’s complaint to have a debt representing a judgment obtained by him against the debtor Larry Washington Carlton in the Circuit Court of Rutherford County, Tennessee, declared non-dischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4). At the hearing of this matter, the court allowed the plaintiff to amend his complaint to include 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6) as a second ground of objection to the dis-chargeability of the debt.
