WOOD (Fred B.), J.
Dismissed by the city manager after serving as a city fireman for over 10 years, Myron E. Hansen appealed to the city's civil service board which after a hearing upheld the dismissal. Upon a review pursuant to section 1094.5 of the Code of Civil Procedure the superior court upheld the dismissal and Hansen has appealed.(1) Appellant assigns as error the asserted failure of the civil service hoard to make findings of fact.
