INTRODUCTION

This matter comes before the court on Defendants’ motion to dismiss and to strike portions of Plaintiffs’ First Amended complaint. The complaint alleges copyright infringement and state law violations, including breach of contract and tortious denial of contract, all arising out of Defendants’ alleged reproduction and sale of sound recordings of musical compositions owned by Plaintiffs.
